addresses issue #19

includes updated queries, documentation, and examples for: rpn tables raw length comps (used for sample size tables) rpn-weighted length comps sablefish specimen table (age, length, weight, maturity)

also, can we put the queries in alphabetical order in queries.R? it will make it easier to find them and to know where to put them when contributing. along those lines it might help to rename q_for_catch as q_catch_for (or foreign if you can spare 4 more letters!) so that its listed alongside the main catch query.
