4 years ago Pushed fm.tpl that requires an EOF Check at end of data files (123456). 2018 NRS files and 2019 YFS files updated to reflect this change
2018 NRS had read error on covariate where bottom temperature was NOT commented out which caused read errors for subsequent items.
writeinput.log was not checked for accuracy.
Add a file check and make sure it works for 2019 model runs for YFS and 2018 for NRS; but note that the NRS results will differ due to the error...
