• Combine CallQueriesForSamplerData.R and Call_NRS_sampler.R into one call_sampler.R file
• Write readme.rmd file to appear on github with basic instructions for setting up strata and bootstrap options, running the code from queries through sampler.exe and compiling results into cohesive assesment input files
• Identify areas for generalization so that we can eliminate separate NRS, YFS, and pollock files to the extent possible
• Create example folder where BSAI NRS, YFS, pollock, GOA rex sole, and GOA NRS runs would be shown
• Clean up/archive/erase non-working examples in the "cases" folder
• Archive old sampleR package
• Consider organizing all of the R code into an R package within the repo
• Consider writing vignettes for BSAI NRS, EBS pollock, and survey applications
