Update L-W relationship parameters #111

updated code (fixed a few bugs and removed sumfish() dependency since it is no longer what we use and no longer maintained) pushed to repo here visually inspected plots to make sure all LW relationships looks reasonable sent updated parameters list and all LW parameters to Ned to check

Ned also checked. Sent updated and all parameters to Nancy on Feb 5.

@Ned-Laman-NOAA Can you confirm that these LW parameters are updated in GIDES? Or do Sarah and I need to update them?

I think we've landed on Megsie asking Nancy to lay out the process for moving the updates to LWPs provided by Cecilia this year to the Tables/Metis and to GIDES. I think that Oracle is the medium the glues all of this together.

Yeees. I will talk to Nancy. Based on Heather's documentation it is looking like the parameters in our specimen standards MIGHT have to be hand-updated (😬) but we will take care of that if/when the time comes!
