Mask extrapolation.grid so edges fit entirely within survey area #25

New option to return the make_idw_map extrapolation.grid as an 'sf' object (extrapolation.grid.type = "sf") or 'sf' object with simplified vertices (extrapolation.grid.type = "sf.simple") instead of the default 'stars' object (extrapolation.grid.type = "stars").
