Ianelli_Feb2024_pollock_specimen.csv: This is the main data output file Ianelli_Feb2024_pollock_specimen_SQL: This is the SQL query used to generate the csv file from RACEBASE Ianelli_Feb2024_pollock_specimen.R: This is the SQL query imbedded in an R script Ianelli_Feb2024_pollock_specimen_GAP_PRODUCTS: This is the SQL query that generates a similar csv file using GAP_PRODUCTS tables
The SQL script that queries RACEBASE tables generates a csv file in exactly the format you requested. The query of the GAP_PRODUCTS tables has slightly different field names, and a few fields (e.g., audit columns) do not exist in the GAP_PRODUCTS tables, so the format of the csv will be a little different, but it will include the same data.
Please let me know if the information in the csv file matches your expectations.
