Suggested AKIFN_SPECIMEN table changes:

remove the AKIFN_SPECIMEN.CRUISEJOIN because it is redundant with AKIFN_SPECIMEN.HAULJOIN
change AKIFN_SPECIMEN.AGE_YEAR to AKIFN_SPECIMEN.AGE to be consistent with the naming in other tables (e.g., AKFIN_AGECOMP).
