Precision of oxygenRaw and pH after filtering #67

Issue

Potentially slight differences in oxygenRaw and pH outputs between gapctd and SBE Data Processing after median filtering. oxygenRaw differences are in the 5-7th digit. pH differences are in the 3-5th digit.
