These scripts create daily survey station daily temperature and anomaly plots as the ships work their way through the Bering Sea. These ships are conducting NOAA Fisheries' Alaska Fisheries Science Center's fisheries independent surveys in the Eastern Bering Sea. Scripts pull temperatures from google drive, entered by FPCs at sea, create daily maps and composite gifs, and then push the maps to google drive for the communications team.

latest push broke data.R file #17

The tasker didn't run yesterday, so after some troubleshooting I realized that the new data.R file was breaking the code. The error message was: "Error in file(con, "rb") : cannot open the connection In addition: Warning message: In file(con, "rb") : cannot open file 'C:/Users/liz.dawson/Work/R/GAPSurveyTemperatureMap/data/oracle': Permission denied"

I reverted to your last push of data.R on 4/7/23 (636dbaf6), and the code is running flawlessly again. I'll just leave it as is locally on the VM for now and I'm not going to push this back to the main (overwrite your latest commit), but when you get back from Scotland, we can figure out the oracle connection issue!

HAVE FUN in SCOTLAND! I hope you had great travels over there! And I hope you aren't reading this while you are on vacay!
