Blue rectangle at the bottom of the UUI #10

The UUI has a vertical scroll bar and when scrolled down I see half of the blue rectangle where minimised tools end up. When I minimise a tool the rectangle becomes bigger and the close button 'x' is visible but not when there are no minimised tools.

Also if I minimise a tool, click the close button on the blue area, and then launch and minimise the tool again I see two instances of the tool.

It is fixed now. Please check again :)

It is much better. It still is a bit odd for the blue rectangle to appear if it is empty and mouse goes near the bottom of the screen. A bit odd but not a big deal.
