The tabs are great. This is in the call list itself. I must not have explained it well. I'll update when I get to the office.

Ok, Let me see if I can explain. The tab are great and should stay, at one point we discussed how to handle the duplicate entries in call list when a user has had multiple files sent to them in a single message. Now we show multiple lines, in the above case: andrew@kneto.fi looked at two files in the same message and there is one row for each. What I am proposing is that we would only show one line, then clicking on the one line would cause the list to expand to two lines.

I thought it would be ok the way it is, but it is confusing to people.
