The user should be able to add contacts by hand, or by importing from a csv file. They should be able to search by first name last name, company, email address. Typing a name into the to: fields should auto-suggest matches. Messages sent to new email addresses should be stored..
The fields are in the ticket about contact list fields. ( Fields for Address book. #150)
These fields and (Tokens for mail templates #151 ) should be available to use in the email messages. It would be great if there could be a select that would make a token the user could then drag to the correct place.
The address book could be places in a collapsible column on the right side of the send screen. So they can expand it or hide it..
