I can't find it in the documentation site like I could with v7.

There isn't one for v8 now, we're working on it.

Major changes introduced in the latest 8.2.3 release are listed at: https://auroramail.wordpress.com/2018/10/25/afterlogic-webmail-pro-php-updated-to-v8-2-3/ and most of those apply to Lite as well.
