Adding a .gitignore for changed settings files #14

It currently is not possible to update live installations from git as data/settings/settings.xml is overwritten with the distributed one.

This file should be added to the .gitignore and e.g. a data/settings/settings.xml.dist file being provided instead, so updating the source can be done without fear.
