list_records **kwargs #380

Simply bringing back the feature that sickle has but oaipmh-scythe doesn't.

Hi @yzqzss, thanks for you interest in this project.

Why do you need kwargs in this method? Please give an example on why this is necessary to you. I want to have the arguments more explicit to enable to have auto-completion in IDEs and opted to get rid of kwargs.

Also please open an issue first to discuss the matter and use the PR template.
