added google analytics integration #43

add the google analytics UA to the parameters.yml and the script will be added in the page header.

I just realized that if we had the Google Analytics code, we have to warn the user about the cookie policy (which is fair) but I wonder if there's no alternative to GA with no cookie. Less accurate doesn't matter.

I think I let this issue in discussion for now.
