Add translation to spanish. #49

That's awesome. Thank you.

As the site is still under stabilization, the content will evolve thus the translation files too. Do you mind if I ping you later for more translation? If you are ok with that, would you prefer bit per bit all along the evolution or as a whole just before the opening to any user (end of August)?

Thank you again. This kind of PR makes me feel the spirit of the PHP community.

Sure no problem, it's ok for me either to update the translation bit by bit or as whole. Just let me know when, and I'll send another PR :smile:
