Currently, nginx runs off of a local configuration file that uses the source directory as its webroot. It's webroot should be somewhere on the local file system, outside of the source directory, configurable and installable via afwdev --install.
This move will also allow the structure to support multiple packages and multiple applications, along with docs served up for both afw and other packages.
