Update the killercoda to be compatible with v1.0.0

Blockers

0.19.3 and 0.20.0-next are out but it is unclear which of these serve as a release candidate for v1.0.0 (or neither).
Job executor service is not yet compatible with >0.18.*

Updated to v1.0.0 RC which is 0.20.0-next.0
