8 months ago I am unsure about proceeding, I have converted the contigbar to plotly, which works really well, however the typical plotly control might be difficult.
Do you think it should be possible to zoom, scroll and generally manipulate the chart?
The contig plot should provide information about the sequences when mouse hovers above an entry.
