Persist the search query and the pagination state on page reload #45

Currently each time the page is reloaded the search query and pagination is reset. This is annoying when using the browsers next/previous navigation buttons. It would be great if the information will survive a page reload or a next/previous page change.

The current idea is to base encode the search query and add it to the URL, so that it surives reloads and page navigation.
