Result links without a tab in the url do not show the result #61

Expectation:

https://bakrep.computational.bio/result/SAMD00000344 should display the summary of the result

Observation:

https://bakrep.computational.bio/result/SAMD00000344 shows empty page

It would be great to show the summary as the default tab, as it simplifies the result page entry url.
