Nice resource! Any plans on giving it an update with AllTheBacteria ? (an additional 1,271,428 new assemblies)

AllTheBacteria - all bacterial genomes assembled, available and searchable (biorxiv) Martin Hunt, Leandro Lima, Wei Shen, John Lees, Zamin Iqbal

Hi and thanks for reaching out. Yes, indeed - we're planning an update based on the AllTheBacteria project, and actually, we've already started the data processing, so stay tunded ;-)
