Since f55e1bf2 you don't need to set any development settings anymore. Thus, the readme section is pretty much complete.
Creating a development guide is a good idea, though.
Ahh very nice. I thought I have to set the properties manually.
It would be nice to have a detailed description of how to get involved in the project and start programming. The section "Installation" in README.md is very short and does not include the different settings to change in Thunderbird and what they are for. Some hints about how to develop and the system architecture would also be nice to have.
