I did run into just one issue - pointed ozzie to the wrong ( hive ) database - was a bit in a rush. However I was able to successfully recover and was able to proceed all the way through kerberizing it and complete all 5 challenges on time. The cluster is fully healthy after recovery.
I was also able to successfully upgrade CM and CDH. It was outside though Challenges time frame, but given the fact the the Challenge setup was a part of a window, may be some time credit will be considered:)
