May use some help to understand it in more details

mfernest commented 8 years ago

The idea was to calculate the likely best numbers for a hypothetical cluster, given the hardware (RAM and disks). The number of containers you could expect to run concurrently in the lab would e somewhere around 112-128.

I can walk you through it if you're interested.

Thanks Mike, I would be more than happy to look your approach. The video on how to use the spreadsheet was very helpful, however main confusion came how how would I convert vcores into physical cores. So was not really able to have the number of physical CPU stale to proceed with the spreadsheet. Also my train of thought may be even incorrect and that's why I would really like to see how do you get to these numbers.
