The test for missing dependencies was not evaluating its condition #26

I finally managed to persuade WhatMoldsCanIUse? to give me a list of ones with missing dependencies.

I am not sure why my me-usable-molds-requiring-deps-2 is returning nil, my understanding of the world is it should return the list it was given.

But empirically it does list molds and dependencies on my machine.

Thanks a lot! Yes, I think I need to review that wiht-let thingy, but now that you added your test I have a protection from regressions :D Very grateful :)
