Add a function describing the passing of time on supernovas, nebulas, neutron star, and black-holes in relative to the earth.

Also, give your suggestions about how should I go about naming and modularizing schemes.

Done. Just make sure to add question related to the topic in README.md and name python file with same function or topic.
