The Luxury Plus has a number of differences including more LEDs, turn signas, headlight, horn, plus the range extender port is removed and the main switch repurposed (rather oddly) as an accessory light switch. It would be good to see a manual for this one as it is so different from the standard Victor, and very different from the Victor Luxury also
