rpm/show : do not show filter values when they are not applied + freeze filters #192

In the rpm/show view, default filters are not used in requests.

However, they are shown in the UI. Do not show those unapplied values + freeze them (or simply remove them ?).

Done, but I did it in JS and I'm sure I should have done it in PHP :)
