[BUG]: Unable to Download Files in Motrix - "Failed to fetch" Error

Description of the bug

I am encountering an issue while trying to use Motrix for the first time on a new computer. Every time I attempt to download a file, I receive a "Failed to fetch" error. Upon investigation, it seems that the Aria2 process is not running. However, I tried manually starting the Aria2 process integrated within Motrix, and it runs successfully. I previously used Motrix without any issues when I was in China. I'm wondering if this problem is related to the encoding of my current computer, which is no longer set to GBK. Alternatively, could it be due to incompatibility with Windows 11?

Steps To Reproduce

Install Motrix on a new computer. Attempt to download a file.(Every time I try to download a file, I receive the "Failed to fetch" error message.) Encounter the "Failed to fetch" error.

Thanks, I shutdown the wireguard and it works!
