[BUG]: Downloads get interrupted and restarted when changing Default Download Location

Description of the bug

Changing the Default Path in options while downloads are active will restart the downloads in the new Default Path

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start Download
2. Go to options
3. Change Default Path
4. Download gets restarted in new Default Path (old files are left on the old Download Path
