https resources are not considered remotes #260

If a content doc refers to an audio file like this:

<audio controls="controls" src="https://example.org/remote.mp4" />

the reports says:

ERROR: lorem-remote-https.epub:EPUB/lorem.xhtml: This file should not declare 
in opf the properties: remote-resources
ERROR: lorem-remote-https.epub: resource 'EPUB/https://example.org/remote.mp4' 
is missing
