Title: Improving Services section #120

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The styling of the Services section is too simple and can be made more interactive. I can solve this issue. Please assign it to me under GSSOC'23.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Changes in the design and CSS are to be made.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

The various services can be shown like a gallery of images with proper transitions and adding slider and hover effects where hovering on a particular service will change it from grayscale to colourful.

Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
