The services flipping cards do not seem clickable

What happened?

The services part of the home page has a bunch of listed services that will flip and show a write up but one does not know to click it. I can improve the UI and get the buttons to bolden or change colour or something when the mouse hovers over the button. Please assign me this issue.

How can we reproduce this bug?

I saw this bug while scrolling through the home page
