[improper hover] - the hover effect on contributors page is improper and should be changed

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Upon hovering the image of Contributors, the image becomes more dull which doesn't make sense. Upon hover the image should be more highlighted instead of dull. I can add a better hover effect for the contributors page.
