[BUG] Can't use a plugin without parameters #13

Describe the bug Can't use a plugin without parameters

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a .comeback file
  2. Add a plugin name, lets say vscode
  3. Don't add parameters like so: 
    vscode:
pycharm:
cwd: blabla

    You will get a TypeError

Expected behavior Run the program as usual without parameters.
