Add appimage support #15

Hello @agateau, are you aware of https://github.com/niess/python-appimage#for-applications-developers by @niess? I could imagine it to be well suited for doing the heavy lifting for AppImage generation in cookiecutter-qt-app.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I am not active on this project at the moment. Regarding python-appimage, I don't think this is the best option: it looks geared toward Python applications whereas this cookiecutter produce a C++ application.
