Describe the bug

The mouse cursor is shown as a black pixel dot after it disappears. It happens on every screen of the game.

How to reproduce

Open 'Pixel Wheels' game
Move the mouse cursor.
Wait for the mouse cursor to disappear.
Pay attention to the black pixel dot instead of the mouse cursor.

Expected behavior

The mouse cursor is not shown as a black pixel dot after it disappears.

Hi, I was able to reproduce this, but only on Windows. From what I read, the next version of libgdx should fix this. Scheduling this for 0.26.0 because I don't want to update libgdx in 0.25.0.
