Layout improvements #29

More compact and consistent layout, in particular:

fixed search layout on small screens
Simplified entry form
Moved calendar and visualization tabs in bottom nav
Small fixes to appbar layout
Use select instead of checkbox for search filters
Support for form search
Moved search in a dedicated component

This should make the experience better on both mobile and desktop, by wasting less screen space.
