This is a big step because it's no way easier to track arbitrary data in Tempo, through pretty forms!

[x] Added setting area to view existing blueprint, create new ones and edit non-builtin blueprints
[x] Added example blueprint for easier kickstarting
[x] Live rendering of forms associated with blueprints
[x] Support for blueprint deletion
[x] Validation against blueprint JSON schema

Documentation will come, and live rendering for visualizations as well, but at a later point ;)
