Michael Breakspear made the suggestion to live stream the meeting. This could be useful given the number of people we've had to turn away. Not sure about the technology requirements though. I will e-mail our admin people to see what's available.

We've done it on facebook with an ipad before and it was ok...! Need to warn people at beginning it will be livestreamed

Yes, or perhaps we could just use zoom? I've got no response from QUT IT about their live streaming service.

Feedback from Jo is that this will likely need an IT person available all day at $55 per hour. Given all the other things going on, I've decided not to pursue this.
