Should we get funding to bring in overseas speakers? Some potential sources:

Adrian's surplus account
QUT via the Vice Chancellor (they are looking to establish a presence in this area); they would probably want it at QUT

The VC (QUT) has agreed to pay costs for the venue, catering and internal flights for Brian Nosek.
