Patches to make development easier #19

This branch contains some commits which should lower the barrier for new developers.

I’m not ready yet, so don’t merge the changes yet.

Planned changes:

add documentation and tutorial-like docs
more testing

Suggestions and ideas are welcome!

I would postpone this for the moment. Probably a script which allows to easily inject a veth-pair into the docker netns would be great for the future. It is not too hard to do this manually – it is just very inconvenient. Currently we have more important things to do.
