Safely cast IP addresses of alternative_dns relation #70

We have the option HADES_POSTGRESQL_FOREIGN_TABLE_ALTERNATIVE_DNS_IPADDRESS_STRING, but it isn't actually used during the creation of the materialized view.

Secondly, NULL values are not ignored.
