REST API #124

It would be great if Pycroft had a REST API, so we have a more versatile way of interacting with it. For example, we could write another interface for it so it would be comfortable to use it from the command line.

This Idea isn't new, and I find it quite amusing that you added an issue for that and it got four likes already :-) thanks for noting this, it's planned indeed!

We already have a few endpoints here and there that return JSON, but nothing that is worthy to be called an API, let alone a separate URL namespace, versioning, etc.

It would be nice indeed, but at this point we have more important issues.
