Import csv transaction information #133

If someone has time, it might be nice to write a script to extract additional information from the old csv bank data, such as the person/institution sending/receiving the money.

Is this still relevant since we've already implemented a MT940 parser?

Sounds about right… @Paktosan can you confirm that in the current import, there is no information missing?
