Absolute URLs in flatpages HTML not correctly prefixed #424

Example: https://git.agdsn.de/sipa-content/content/-/blob/master/about_us/vorstand.de.md https://agdsn.de/sipa/pages/about_us/vorstand

In the HTML, the image src is set to /images/vorstand-2020-2021.jpg, while the actual URL for the user is /sipa/images/vorstand-2020-2021.jpg. This worked in the past, but not anymore. Maybe related to the recent (dependency) changes by @lukasjuhrich?

High prio, because https://agdsn.de/sipa/pages/service/wlan is not working.
