In the account page there is a traffic volume chart that shows how much data was used. It's a simple multiple bar chart but it makes much more sense to have a stacked bar chart.
Blue would indicate download volume, green upload volume and the total height would be overall volume.
And clicking on the chart legend can turn these on and off.
