Implement voltmeter #169

Be able to right click any block and get the voltage, current, and other relevant details that you might get from a voltmeter.

I'm doing this because nobody else did it and we need it for the initial release milestone. Someone can just as easily create an ammeter or multimeter though. At some point later we will also have a thermal simulation which means we also get to add a thermal meter too.
